My local Wal Mart stopped selling these wipes so I turned to the net. Amazon sells them much cheaper. Best value I've found.

These wipes are great for cleaning my son's glasses. They are the perfect size & they aren't too wet. They dry quick & don't leave marks. They are easy to open so even he can open them at 6 years old. I would recommend this wipes.

Great little cleaners for glasses. i use these cloths daily. My glasses have scothguard and anti-glare coatings. these cloths are perfect for cleaning them.

These wipes are the best I've tried. I first picked them up at Sam's club, which by the way, has the best price. They work great on my glasses and on my lenses!

The "Zeiss Lens Cloths" are just about the best and most convenient lens cleaner I have found. We use very high grade digital still and video cameras in our business and trust these cleaners to get the lenses clean without removing the protective coatings. We also wear glasses and these also work great on them as well, leaving no streaking at all. Highly recommended!

I am baffled by the bad reviews posted about these wipes. (?) These wipes work perfectly. They work great on my glasses and my daughter's, even though her's get really dirty & even greasy. And they work great on our digital SLR camera. Plus, they are about half the price (or maybe less) than the Bausch & Lomb wipes! I cannot understand why some people have such problems with them. I almost got the Bausch & Lomb wipes instead, even though they are about twice the price, because of some of the bad reviews. But I took a chance on these and I am delighted! Plus, I'm not wasting money by paying about twice as much for the same thing...

Having a Zeiss lens in front of my Sony Camera body.....I am quite picky about what touches my lens glass (obsessively so....). Having Bought Kodak lens cleaning tissues, I was incredibly dismayed at the smearing/scratching by this product....My review of this product is posted on the net. Bad news.....Don't go there..... In contrast, the Carl Zeiss lense cleaning tissues are insanely superb with respect to gentleness and cleanabilty. After gently cleaning the lense, the solvent evaporates leaving absolutely no residual residue...it is as if I had just pulled the lenses from its original packing material....I cannot speak to the condition of the previous reviewers glasses...probably needs his eyeglass prescriptions adjusted...... Any Photographer looking for premium lense cleansing tissues....look no further.....this is the best I've found ever..... My next dime is going to the Zeiss Vario Tessar 18 - 80mm lense at a whopping dime....the only thing touching this lense is the Zeiss whipes... Hope it helps and happy foto shooting.....

I bought 2 triple boxes of these to replace the overpriced Sight Savers. I use these to clean my polycabonate eye glasses. I am not sure who came up with the solution for these , but they leave streaks and foggy areas- each and every time. I am shocked that a company like Zeiss would put their name on this product. I have tried these on binoculars and camera lenses- same result. Save yourself the grief and go get some lense cloths without the smudgy solution, and get a streak-free clean eyeglass or camera lense for pennies.

My 92 y/o grandmother read the newspaper everyday, front to back, but needed assistance reading it. The magnifying glass helped her with her entertainment.

i am a physician and i use magnifiers to look at lesions on the skin. My big complaint is that the glass is blurry. i tried to clean it multiple times before i realized that it was polished poorly. to make matters worse they are extremely heavy. do not buy this product. the saying you get what you pay for is true. i bought these because they were less expensive, they are terrible.

I had cataract surgery and have been dealing with "adjustments" for 6 months. I finally broke down and thought I'd get a "glass" that could help with the "fine print", well, I got a great tool as well as a surprise. I was thinking it would be a plastic lens, to my surprise, IT IS GLASS AND VERY CLEAR! Awesome for reading everything from menus to computer screens! Excellent service and product!

Do not buy this product if you need something to read small print. The size is perfect but the magnification is very weak. I am extremely disappointed. I have a 2" magnifier that is so much more powerful. I wear reading glasses and I can read small print without them using the small 2" magnifier. I can't say the same for this 5-1/2 magnifier. Even with my glasses, the print is extremely hard to read. It might as well be window glass. Do not purchase. Also, the box it came in did not have any packing material and was split down one side. All in all, I think I am going to return this product.

Very heavy. Poor magnification. Cushioned handle slips back and forth and feels as if it may come off. No protective storage for large glass surface.

I bought this lens for a Local Flora and Fauna class I am taking this spring. It was simple and the only one I could find that was not some ridiculous magnification. I enjoy that I can change the magnification at will as well. It's small enough to fit in my pocket, but doesn't not seem to be easily broken, which is a nice bonus. The shipping was quite fast; I was pleasantly impressed. Overall, I am very pleased with this product and the process of it's purchase.

A cheap magnifier that gets the job done. It's lenses are a bit on the small side, but at that price it is perfect for my backpacking and other outdoor adventures.

These are pretty good quality compared to others like them. But they have the same problems that all of the little circular magnfiers have in that the viewing area is small - can only see a part of a quarter - and you have to get the light from the right angle. I also bought the Lighted 3.5" Glass Dome Magnifier which has the same magnification but a MUCH larger screen, a perfect inside light, and is so much easier to use. I highly recommend that latter for coins, stamps, and all small items that you want to see in detail.

For the money this hand lens is a good buy to include in the dig bag.

These are fairly simple devices, and they do the job they are meant to do. The T-mount threads can be tight, so care is needed to avoid cross threading.

It has always annoyed me that toy shops are full of cheap microscopes but few good magnifiers. Children are more interested in that range of things which are a bit too small to see by eye alone, but too big to put on a microscope slide. Mr. Headstrom here provides a set of 50 "adventures" using an ordinary magnifying glass or hand lens to examine many of Nature's small wonders. It is a brief but detailled guide to the study of insects, flowers, and seeds, with occasional visits to the slimy side of nature; snails, leeches, and the like. Some of the adventures are for the shoreline, others merely to the backyard or nearby pond, but all are fruitful, well-described, and illustrated with line drawings. The book is a reprint of the 1962 edition, but is only charmingly dated. The language is a bit stiff for younger readers, but it would be an excellent guide for the parent/child team of explorers.
